You are so right. Jesus can heal whomever he chooses and there need be no explanation. The Lord must have great plans for your son. He's just so beautiful. Congrats to your family and happy birthday Hollis.

Just wanted to say that, although I was surprised, the letter concerning the healing of your dear little one, Hollis is appreciated. It is inspiring and reminds me again that all of us have trials, blessings and though our circumstances, life experiences may differ, we are one in Jesus. I don't understand why some people are healed and some are not but believe all things are possible with our God and rejoice with you for your son's healing. I've been ill for 12 years and can't say this would have been my choice but.....His Grace is sufficient. Last winter my son had just gotten a computer & I found Karla's page, wrote to you and you wrote back which I don't think I'll ever forget. I don't get "out" much and contact with others, especially believers via the internet is a blessing.

God Bless you all,
Elizabeth Potora

My dear brother,

Congratulations on the birthday of your son and all that it means! ...

I am doing well in the Lord, though your prayers are appreciated for continued battles I'm fighting. Thanks for laying down your life for the Lord and myself. The 14 months I spent at FLTC saved my life.

Much love,
Tressia Carr

Thanks for including me.   I had actually just passed along a message to inquire how Hollis was doing.   I'd love to hear from you directly.

Dear David,

The correct response is, "Mazel Tov!" I am blessed to know you and your family and to be inspired by Hollis and all that his life demonstrates about the power of faith and love. Please do send a photo.

I am all for you and I think what you did is nice. I have been meaning to write and say hi to you. I lived through a fatal Disease...as you well know, I had cancer this past summer. Good news...the prayers worked because the tumor has totally disappeared in my throat with the help of 8 weeks of radiation therapy. Dave from Ohio said that he put me on your pray list when he visited you so I just wanted you to know that prayers work!!:))) God Bless you! I am so happy that you are celebrating Hollis's Birthday. The good Lord knows you all suffered a great deal over his ill health. I am relieved to hear that he is doing so much better. I am very happy to receive the information. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Craig Hitchcock

I don't know who you guys are but I have friends in Vancouver B.C. who's baby , almost 7 years ago, was born through an infected mom. The parents were totally unaware that they carried the infection. The boy named Alex developed the sores around 9 days old. Because they did not know the parents had it he was not correctly diagnosed until the 3rd hospital visit in as many days. By then he was very ill and slipped in and out of life for about a week. They were told that their best was hope was a baby with severe problems but they had a God and a church that knew how to pray and Alex today is a healthy happy bot attending Kindergarten.

Yours truly,
Kerry

Thank you for sharing with me your happiness and your gratitude for the healing of your child. I hope you don't forget Karla, whose life was not spared. She has only us for continuing her work. I am translating the text of her homepage in German.

Kind regards,
